Renée Zulich is a Certified A Little Peace of Mind Practitioner, M.A. Humanities.

Hello my dear. I was there, too.

After 40 years of daily anxiety, light-headedness, stomach troubles and inflammation, panic attacks began the last ten years.

My world had become small, and it was my job to make sure that I was always in a safe space, near a washroom and driving the car. I knew where all of the bathrooms were along any route. I always had to be the one driving.

Spontaneity had left my life and I thought that this was the way to be well— that being in control of my experience was my job.

I’ve traveled around the world and have worked personally with some of the most famous self-help gurus. I have amassed a massive library of self-help books and have purchased dozens of programs.

Anxious people are bright, resourceful, and will do just about ANYTHING required to just make these feelings go away, right?

By the grace of a higher power, one day, I came across a free audio by Nicola Bird and that was the beginning of a new life for me!

Nicola helped me to see that the more we try to figure out/control our feelings, the more we are actually messing with the system.

WELLNESS, JOY AND PEACE are your default! Like a baby, WHO YOU ARE at your default is a happy, loving, curious being.

But for the “thoughts” that we have come to believe mean something about us. THAT— is where we have gone wrong.

Over the past 3.5 years, I have learned to live life grounded in my TRUE SELF.

I am now privileged to live from a more grounded place, not up in my head. I can drive anywhere and do just about anything while knowing that I don’t need to control the outcome. I trust in my inner wisdom and know that I will always figure out what to do in the moment. No more pre-planning. It is the best feeling in the world.

I am pleased to have begun working with clients in 2021, sharing the understanding of the Three Principles, and helping others to see WHO they really are, and to become more flexible with the ups and downs of life.

When the negative and fearful thoughts fall away, clients begin to have a renewed zest for life, see everything in a new way, are more relaxed and happier.

I have always been pulled to help others feel comfortable in their own skin.

I wholeheartedly believe that this understanding is the key to living a more beautiful life. Let me help you find your own peace of mind.
